21:45 min listen

Chris Mooney, Head Men’s Basketball Coach at Richmond, joins the Dynamic Leadership Podcast. Going into his 13th year as a head coach of the Spiders, Coach Mooney reflects on playing for a Hall-of-Fame coach in college and using the system he played in (the Princeton Offense) to find success at his program. Mooney addresses the misconceptions of the Princeton Offense and how it is used successfully in the NBA. On the topic of today’s players, he talks about the importance of coaches adapting rather than expecting the players to immediately adapt to the coach.
