Kevin Anderson, former AD at Maryland & Army and veteran of the college athletics industry, visits the 1.Question Podcast to discuss leadership. In the first of a two part conversation, Anderson touches on preparing for leadership and the traits needed to be successful prior to and during any leadership role.
